Shipping and Pick Up Information

To Canada and the United States, your order will be shipped within 4 business days following the order date (most often, we achieve next day shipping), not including weekends. You will receive a confirmation with tracking number after your order has shipped.

Please note that when requesting that orders be combined to save on shipping, we will do our best, but it is not guaranteed. Additionally, we will only subtract one shipping charge per request, regardless of the combined value.

Please note that from time to time, our shipping standards change based on demand. Especially around Mystery Bag and holiday times.


In the event that you have ordered more than one item and a portion of your order is on pre or back order status, service standards may be adjusted. If you wish to ensure your order is sent within our regular standards, please order pre or back ordered items separately. 


Please note that when you place an order for pick up, it is removed from our inventory, then packed and prepared for you in advance.

A confirmation email is sent out to advise you that your PICK UP order is ready. Please do not try and pick up before that email is sent. It will not be available. 

Pick Up hours are: 

Tuesday 10am-4pm and Wednesday 1pm-4pm. Our location is gated and locks at 5pm, so there are no evenings available. 

Please bring your Pick Up order confirmation. Once your order is picked up, the $12.95 charge will be refunded within 14 business days. 

All pick ups are held for 2 weeks and then will automatically ship out - no exceptions.  

We are unable to accommodate changes to your order at the time of pick up. We will accept returns at Pick Up, as long as they are packed and identified as a return. 

Pick Ups are done at the back door, it is marked as Shipping & Receiving
