Shipping and Pick Up Information

***The team is at a buying show the week of August 17th. CURRENT SHIPPING TIMES are up to 10 business days from order date***

In most cases, within Canada or to the United States, your order will be shipped 4 business days following the order date. You will receive a confirmation with tracking number after your order has shipped.

Please note that when requesting that orders be combined to save on shipping, we will do our best, but it is not guaranteed. Additionally, we will only subtract one shipping charge per request, regardless of the combined value.

From time to time, our shipping standards can change based on demand. This is especially true around Mystery Bag drops and holiday times.

PRE-ORDER INFORMATION:

In the event that you have ordered more than one item and a portion of your order is on pre or back order status, service standards may be adjusted. If you wish to ensure your order is sent within our regular standards, please order pre or back ordered items separately. 

PICK UP ORDERS:

Please note that when you place an order for pick up, it is removed from our inventory, then packed and prepared for you in advance.

A confirmation email is sent out to advise you that your PICK UP order is ready. Please do not try and pick up before that email is sent. It will not be available. 

Pick Up details: 

 Once you’ve received a note that your order is ready for warehouse pickup, please email customer service at hello@foxandwitboutique.com to make an appointment with us.

We are unable to accommodate changes to your order at the time of pick up. We will accept returns at Pick Up, as long as they are packed and identified as a return. 

Pick Ups are done at the back door, it is marked as Shipping & Receiving
