 ALL RETURN REQUESTS MUST INCLUDE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE PACKAGE OR THEY WILL BE REFUSED.

All return requests on regular priced items are eligible for a store credit up to 14 days. Processing of returns may take longer than usual because of pick up logistics. It is important that once a return has been requested, the package be stamped within 3 DAYS of request approval. Any items that are stale dated at return, will either be refused or a store credit issued at the current price.

OUR official CUSTOMER SERVICE HOURS ARE MONDAY-WEDNESDAY 9AM-4PM. If your request is received after these times, we thank you for your patience. The team will respond as soon as they are back in office.

Our goal is to ensure that you are happy with your Fox + Wit purchase! Sometimes, you just aren't in love with everything you buy, so here is the scoop on returns and exchanges.

As long as the item has not been worn or washed, has no discernible scent, the tags are still attached and it's still in its original packaging (as applicable), then we are happy to take it back. 

Accessories are FINAL SALE. All tights/lined leggings and intimates are FINAL SALE.

All sale items or regular priced items purchased with a discount code are FINAL SALE. 

Our shipments are carefully hand packed; however, in the event you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply follow the instructions below.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES - the specifics

Returns and Exchanges : Visit our Return Portal above to make the request. If the portal is unable to process your request, it is because too much time has passed or your item was discounted and ineligible for return or exchange. Please note an exchange is applicable only when it is the exact same item, but in a different size. Please note that because stock moves quickly, we will do our best to accommodate exchange requests, but they are not guaranteed. If an exchange is not possible, you will receive a store credit. Shipping charges may apply.

Pending inspection, a store credit via gift card will be issued for the returned item(s). Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with the items to be returned. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. If for whatever reason, a store credit is issued outside of the above parameters, it will be via a MANUAL CREDIT. Manual credits are not usable in conjunction with any additional promotional credits and have to be used in full at the time of purchase. 

You will be responsible for the shipping costs when you return the item (including a refused order) and we suggest that you add a tracking number to your shipment. We are not responsible for any lost return packages in the mail.

Please note that in the event an order has qualified for free shipping, but is returned, the actual shipping charges will be deducted from the credit. 

We are unable to make exceptions. Thank You!

Exchanges: If you are a local customer, an exchange may be possible if you are looking for a different size in your item. Please contact us with the details of your request as soon as possible. We are a small boutique and stock turns over very quickly.  

Defective Items: Please note we will replace any defective items at our cost. 

CANCELLATIONS:

Once an order has been placed, unfortunately no changes or cancellations can be made. Please see our return policy for further instructions.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT PRE-ORDERS 

We are unable to refund cancelled or returned pre-orders. If the item is cancelled or returned within our policy window above and meets all the conditions for return, we will provide you with a store credit.
