CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

Our goal is to ensure that you are happy with every purchase you make at Fox + Wit. Sometimes, you just aren't in love with everything you buy, so here is the scoop on returns and exchanges:

As long as the item has not been worn or washed, the tags are still attached and it's still in its original packaging (as applicable), then we are happy to take it back. Our shipments are carefully hand packed; however, in the event you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply follow the instructions below.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Returns: Fox + Wit will accept merchandise returns for regularly priced items within 7 days of purchase or delivery. The day of purchase or delivery counts as day 1. We will issue a credit or refund at the time of return.  Within 14 days of purchase or delivery we will issue a store credit only. Our policy lasts 14 days. If more than 14 days have gone by since the confirmed delivery date we will unfortunately not be able to offer an exchange or store credit. 

Returns of merchandise purchased through our website will be accepted by mail, or in person at our pick up location in Maple Ridge, BC, Canada. If you are returning to our Maple Ridge location in person, please note that we offer weekly designated pick up and drop off days ONLY and it is your responsibility to ensure dates are met. We will not accept returns in person outside of those days. 

Pending inspection, a credit or refund will be issued for the returned item(s). Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with the items to be returned. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.

Please note that in the event an order has qualified for free shipping, but is returned, the actual shipping charges will be deducted from the store credit or refund. 

 IMPORTANT: SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. 

A refund will be credited back to your original method of payment, and will post approximately 3-5 business days after the date of processing. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement. Most returns will process in approximately two to three weeks, depending on your method of return. 

You will be responsible for the shipping costs when you return the item (including a refused order) and we suggest that you add a tracking number to your shipment. We are not responsible for any lost return packages in the mail.

All sale items, including items purchased on flash as well as items purchased at shopping events and gift cards are final sale. All pierced earrings are final sale. All tights/lined leggings and intimates are final sale. Final sale items that are returned to us are not eligible for a credit or refund, we will attempt to contact you if this occurs and you will have the option of paying to have it sent back to you.

Exchanges: If you are a local customer, an exchange may be possible if you are looking for a different size in your item. Please contact us with the details of your request as soon as possible. We are a small boutique and stock turns over very quickly.  

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING UNCLAIMED OR CANCELLED PICK UP ORDERS:

Please note that when you place an order for pick up, it is removed from our inventory, then packed and prepared for you in advance.

A confirmation email is sent out to advise you of the next possible pick up dates. If an order is cancelled after being prepared for pick up or not picked up within 14 business days (unless other arrangements have been made), it will be cancelled and you will receive a credit for the amount of purchase, minus $10 for processing, in the form of an emailed gift card. 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT PRE-ORDERS 

We are unable to refund cancelled or returned pre-orders that are on schedule for delivery as agreed, but will supply you with a gift card for the full amount of your order.
